Day 1
Departing the local area, we make our way north with a stop on route, arriving at the 4* Delta by Marriott Preston Hotel with time to settle in before dinner.
DDay 2
This morning we journey to Leighton Hall. Where we are greeted and enjoy tea/coffee and festive mince pies on arrival. This is an impressive grade 2* listed building that is the family home of the famous Gillow furniture-making family who are still residents today. We enjoy a guided tour of the home that is beautifully decorated for Christmas. We make the short journey to Bay View Garden Centre for free time exploring their Christmas shop. Included in the package is a lunch voucher for their restaurant that offers panoramic views across Morecambe Bay.
D, B, LDay 3
Today we head to Lancashire's famous seaside resort of Blackpool. No trip to Lancashire would be complete without a visit to the Blackpool Tower Ballroom where you can enjoy live music from the Mighty Wurlitzer and enjoy an Afternoon Tea Experience. We then have free time to explore Blackpool at your leisure. On our return to the hotel, we enjoy a drive along the sea front to see the famous Blackpool illuminations.

After a leisurely breakfast we make our way south, returning home mid-afternoon.
