Day 1
We depart the local area, and with a stop on route at Braintree Shopping Village for lunch at leisure, we arrive at the 5* Potters Five Lakes Resort, with time to settle in before dinner.
DDay 2
This morning, we visit Britain's first city and the former capital of Roman life: Colchester. Colchester City Centre's most popular attractions include Colchester Castle Museum, Firstsite Art Gallery, and the picturesque Castle Park, but you'll discover even more during your visit, from smaller museums to Roman ruins hidden inside local shops, quirky eateries, and pop-up performances. We return to the resort in time for our included lunch.

Enjoy the day at leisure to enjoy the resort and its activities.
D, B, LDay 4
This morning, we take a scenic drive through Dedham Vale, also known as Constable Country. The Dedham Vale contains numerous scenes which inspired famous English artists. From 19th Century landscape painter John Constable, 18th century artist Thomas Gainsborough, all the way to 20th Century equestrian artist Sir Alfred Munnings. We have time to explore the picturesque village of Dedham, before returning to the resort in time for our included lunch.

After a leisurely breakfast, we depart the resort and make our way home, stopping in the market town of Sudbury for free time for lunch, before arriving back home early-afternoon.
