Alexandre Burke will reprise her role as disco diva-in-disguise Deloris van Cartier, and star and co-creator of Gavin and Stacey Ruth Jones joins the Sisterhood as Mother Superior.
Reprising their roles are television and stage star Lesley Joseph as Sister Mary Lazarus and West End favourite Lizzie Bea as Sister Mary Robert.
Winner of the BBC's Any Dream Will Do Lee Mead will star as Eddie Souther.
Completing the congregation are BRIT Award-winning singer songwriter Lemar playing Curtis Jackson, Britain's Got Talent and musical theatre star Alison Jiear playing Sister Mary Patrick and star of Regent Park’s La Cage aux Folles Carl Mullaney playing Monsieur O'Harra.
Based on the beloved film and featuring a marvellous Motown-inspired score by Tony® and 8-time Oscar® winner Alan Menken, this story of music, mishaps and nuns on the run is a joyous and uplifting tale of finding your voice and singing out, with your sisters by your side.
