Day 1
We depart the local area and take the Channel crossing continuing into Belgium, arriving at the 4* Hotel Dukes' Academie in Bruges mid-afternoon. The hotel is located in a picturesque and quiet area with the Market Square and shopping area within walking distance. The hotel has an intimate bar with terrace & the buffet breakfast, as lavish as the Flemish hospitality, is served in the beautiful breakfast room with authentic vaulted ceiling. Please note accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis only. The squares are full of a variety of restaurants for you to choose from.
Day 2 - 3
2 full days with free time to explore Bruges. Perhaps you might like to join a walking tour or visit the Cathedral or Museums. Maybe you will sit in the market square with a coffee and watch the world go by. You may also like to take one of the canal boat trips around the city. There is plenty to see and do.
BDay 4
We leave our hotel and head for our Channel crossing with stops on route, arriving back home early evening.
