Day 1
Departing the local area, we make our way north to Shrewsbury, one of England's finest medieval market towns, with over 600 listed buildings and many black & white half-timbered Tudor buildings. We have time to explore this lovely town, which was the birthplace of Charles Darwin. We arrive at the 4* Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort with time to settle in before dinner.
DDay 2
Today we cross the Shropshire Hills and make our way to Ludlow, a thriving medieval market town and an architectural gem. The town has fine examples of architecture from the Medieval, Tudor and Georgian periods. Foremost among these buildings are Ludlow Castle and the Parish Church of St Laurence. We return to the hotel with plenty of time to get ready for this evening's entertainment. Enjoy a black-tie Gala dinner: start with a chilled glass of fizz, followed by a mouth-watering three course meal. After dinner take to the dance floor to see in 2027 with a bang.

Enjoy a relaxed day at the hotel, make the most of the leisure facilities and book in for a spa treatment, or go for a refreshing walk around the ground and golf course.

After a leisurely breakfast we commence our journey home with a lunch stop on route, arriving home mid-afternoon.
