Day 1
Departing the local area, we make a leisurely journey to our overnight stay in North Wales at the 3* Faenol Fawr Country House Hotel.
DDay 2
Following an early start we make the short journey to Holyhead for the morning sailing to Dublin, with breakfast provided on the ferry. Our journey takes us up Ireland's east coast, with a comfort stop on route, to the 4* Stormont Hotel, Belfast.
D, BDay 3
After breakfast we enjoy a guided bus tour through the city's four 'quarters', taking in the many highlights including City Hall, Queens University, the Opera House and the Botanic Gardens. This afternoon we visit the Titanic Belfast Museum where we explore the shipyard, walk the decks, travel to the depths of the ocean and uncover the true legend of Titanic in the city where it all began.
D, BDay 4
There's a treat in store today with a rare visit to the King's official residence in Northern Ireland, Hillsborough Castle. After a guided tour of this elegant mansion and gardens including the majestic throne room, tea & scones will be served in the Pavilion. This afternoon we make our way to Hinch Distillery where we include a guided tour of the distillery and a couple of tastings.
D, BDay 5
After breakfast we drive through the Irish countryside, arriving at the Giant's Causeway, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its unique volcanic stone pillars and shrouded in folklore and fairy tales. Flanked by the wild North Atlantic Ocean and a landscape of dramatic cliffs, for centuries the Giant's Causeway has inspired artists, stirred scientific debate and captured the imagination of all who see it.
D, BDay 6
After a leisurely breakfast we board the coach and head back down the coast with free time in Dublin before a final overnight stay at the 4* Talbot Hotel, Stillorgan.
D, BDay 7
Following an early start, we travel to Dublin for your morning return sailing to Holyhead with breakfast provided on the ferry, returning you home in the evening.
