Heythrop Park Hotel is Warner Hotels largest property with over 440 acres to explore and enjoy. In addition to the extensive grounds, the property has the largest number of bedrooms, three restaurants and two entertainment venues and facilities are much wider spread than their other hotels.

Please be aware of the accessibility and distance between facilities when navigating around the hotel complex before confirming your booking. The key point to highlight is there will be a lot of walking involved at Heythrop Park.

On average, a guest should expect to have a walk of up to 10 minutes each way from their bedroom to the restaurants and entertainment venues.In addition the Wellness & Spa facilities, including the swimming pool, are a further 10 minute walk.

The hotel is fully accessible with ramps and stairs to all areas. Lif t access between floor levels is available throughout the hotel, however please note that due to the nature of the building lifts are limited, facilities are located across multiple levels, and there is no lift access in the Manor House.

For any guest with specific accessibility requirements, this request must be made at the time of booking to ensure we can provide suitable accommodation.

Rooms will most likley be allocated in the South Wing. From the South Wing Car Park there is approximately a 5-minute walk on a slight incline to the South Wing Reception. For guests who do not have luggage on wheels or are unable to carry their luggage, there is a buggy service available to assist.
